It was our second stay here and we always enjoy staying here and we stayed in the white apartment which was very large space and very nice and relaxing! I highly recommend this place for a vacation getaway! You won’t be disappointed! Bianca always does a great job giving us new towels! And cleaning our room!

This property is so nice. I cannot get myself to even try somewhere else. Mike is the host and he is awesome. We’ve been staying in the white room for the last couple years. It’s excellent and Bianca is amazing for keeping our place nice and tidy one of my kids have been coming here for two years also Thank you again, Mike for having us in your great Airbnb. We rented a car for the duration of our 12 day vacation, and stayed here for the first 2 nights. We rented the Moroccan room which was unique in decor and appealed to us. The lighting could've been better in the large washroom and would help if the glass walk-in shower had a door, however none of those issues would deter us from booking this place in the future. The location is perfect if you'd like to be within quick walking distance to Palm beach. The backyard is very private and they've created a really great oasis consisting a pool, hot tub and lounging areas including a dining table and a cabana bed. You can't go wrong with the great value the location has to offer. Thank you Mike, Amanda and Blanca.

This was our second time staying at Modern Hotel. We own timeshares and always look to extend our stay in Aruba. This is the perfect place to relax! There are only 8 rooms and they are updated and very clean. There is a pool, jacuzzi and outdoor grill. The hotel is close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Blanca, the maid is amazing! She couldn’t do enough to make you happy. The owner Michael and his assistant Carlos are wonderful. Modern Hotel is a great alternative to the busy hotels!

We had a great time while in Aruba -While staying at the Modern Hotel we stayed in the Moroccan room, the place is set up very cute the decor and wooded walls were a nice touch. Our room was nice and clean. I would recommend these updates, bathroom shower and more lighting, at least 1 luggage cart would be helpful, onsite laundry facility for guest would be amazing, more lighting in the bathroom ceilings, new bed pillows, at least one comfy chair would be nice especially if you are staying for several days . The pool was perfect.

Modern hotel was the perfect spot for our trip to Aruba; everything was nicely decorated and very tidy. The pool area was awesome and we had it pretty much to ourselves for our stay; we enjoyed it so much in fact we spent our last night on the island at the pool sharing a couple bottles of wine and eating takeout! We even left a corkscrew in the outdoor dining area for the next folks with the idea. There’s a grocery store near by and path half a block away to cut down on walk time to the beach. If you are like me and like a reasonably priced accommodation that is clean and in walking distance to the beach, store and many restaurants…this is the spot for you! Special thanks the Blanca for being accommodating and keeping everything tidy!

What an amazing place! Our first time in Aruba and it now won’t be the last! The Modern delivered everything we expected and more! Room was spotless and service was impeccable ! Enjoyed waking up with fresh coffee and making our own breakfast on our time! Then walk 3/4 minutes to beach! Not one complaint. Highly recommended to all! John Peruso

Facility itself is very nice with spacious room that has a fully equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. Pool area is excellent - we spent part of each day there an got to meet some fellow guests - all of whom were great! Free parking for our rental car, and the hotel supplies you with sand chairs for the beach. Blanca, the housekeeper, is fantastic. Very responsive and friendly. This was our second trip to Aruba staying here, and all future trips to Aruba will be spent at this hotel too. You won't be disappointed!

My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! I booked the White Room for the last night of my stay in Aruba, and was blown away when I walked into the spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated space with all the amenities you'd ever need. The common areas/ pool were beautiful, clean, and inviting. The Modern is set back *just* enough from the hi-rise hotels to be a quiet retreat, yet is still a short, comfortable walk to the beach. Highly recommend- I'll be backp for certain!
