I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

What an amazing place, so many pools, beautiful views, exercise classes, pool activities, great food and very friendly staff. Expensive but well worth it. Several restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walk across the bridge to west palm beach for more shopping and more restaurants.

Overall incredible hotel - from the minute you pull up til your departure, everything is done incredibly well. The suites are beautiful and well thought out. The facilities are comprehensive and superb. The staff excellent. We have been there twice recently and plan on going back every so often bc it is so enjoyable. The only caveat is it is expensive. If you are looking for a bargain, this is not it.

Amazing resort, has it all. Families welcome with facilities, amazing customer service and delicious food. From check in to check out seamless. Buffet breakfast delicious . We been dining at Echo, Flaglers for many years as well as HMF lounge and Henry’s since inception. All tremendous. Beach front , spa and gym superb.

Came for one night for quick babymoon. Hotel forgot turndown service after asking multiple times. When you’re spending thousands on a quick stay, you expect 5 star service. This wasn’t it. Next time we’ll give the Four Seasons Palm Beach a try.

The Breakers Palm Beach is definitely one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We have already spent several weeks in this hotel and will definitely come back. The whole scenery, including the building itself is wonderful. The beach club is very fancy, but also has an relaxed atmosphere. We really liked the breakfast in the Circle Room, special thanks to Zara, she did a great service! All in all we highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the journey from Germany is very long, otherwise we would come more often!

Overall we enjoyed our first stay at The Breakers and would consider returning for a future stay. It is a very big hotel operation and did fall a bit short of our expectations in regards to hospitality. We experienced some inconsistencies during our stay. A couple major ones and a few minor ones. Hopefully this was a one off situation and I think it would probably be better in high season. We will probably opt for the Four Seasons next time we visit Palm Beach before we give The Breakers another shot.
