The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms.
The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay.
The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that.
All in all it was a great experience and would love to stay again next year as they’ll be renovating in the winter.

For 1-2 nights you don't get a great hotel room in the main building, but are put in an old, moldy and dark outbuilding. The pillows smelled like mold. But at least we could admire the delivery and employee entrance... I don't think we've ever had such a shabby room for this price!

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

I had a wonderful time at Noruz Kassandra—overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. The check-in process was seamless, and the reception area offered a beautiful view, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. One of my favourite parts was the outdoor fitness centre. It was such a lovely place to work out early in the morning with the fresh air and peaceful surroundings—perfect for starting the day on the right note. The location is also great—there are plenty of shops and markets just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to pick up local souvenirs. The buffet breakfast was good, though I did notice there weren’t many options for those who eat halal or avoid pork. It would be great to see a bit more variety in that regard. However, the buffet restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing, and I would not advise dining there. On the other hand, Topos, the à la carte restaurant, was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying it for a more refined dining experience. If you’re looking to enjoy your drinks without worry, I’d suggest opting for the Haute Living selection, which includes unlimited alcoholic and soft beverages throughout your stay. It’s definitely worth it!
