Well, then, because of the well-known situation with Mouzenidis Travel, it was not possible to get to the hotel. It is clear that TO did not return the money to us. I wrote to the hotel, hoping for decency, or at least feedback (there were questions), but alas, the hotel stopped communicating and giving at least some information. Although the network appears regularly and even reads messages. After that, as a travel agent, I will never, under any circumstances, advise tourists to contact this accommodation facility. Complete indifference and unwillingness to help at least somehow resolve the situation directly (for example, the willingness to settle us without the participation of Mouzenidis, they were ready to pay extra if necessary). But no. Dear hotel representative, you do not value tourists, you do not need them. You won't have them.
