Outside food not allowed means they need to mention before itself while booking the room. After doing the check-in process they said outside food was not allowed.

The hotel is located at a very good location. There are good restaurants nearby the hotel. The manager at the reception needs to improve his behaviour towards the customers.

I liked the hotel room. Staffs cooperative and helpful. Staffs responded as desired. Wake up call and airport drop request was accurately discharged. I thank the management and regards to concerned staffs.

More pain than comfort in this hotel. The staff is not responsive. The towels are bad. No face towel provided. No in room dining nor food from outside allowed into the room. The restaurant has cockroach.
