hi this is masheek ahamed.i would like feedback about the hotel during our stay.
the receptionist responded very well whenever i called him to order food, clean the room and airport transfer as well. the food is tasty and reasonably priced as well.hotel location is convenient for us because the airport is very near.

Wow do not entertain the idea of saying in this dump I would not even let an animal stay there . On arrival they promptly wanted $100 deposit the room high I was in for about 30 minutes did not have electricity it kept turning on for a few minutes and off for longer . With temps in the forties the room was an absolute sauna would have been impossible to stay there . I found another hotel close by for a few dollars more that had power , ducted air com , restaurant , a shower , friendly staff all things you will not find in grand Kek . The staff in my opinion are so dishonest not to return my money blatantly refused . I have flashbacks of the nightmare of an experience. Do yourself a favour there are plenty of fantastic hotels in this area give this poor excuse of a so called hotel a big fat miss . I felt scammed with my experience

inside the market road, you can reach easily by bajanai koil street but if you enter via market, car travel is difficult

Room had a peculiar smell of cigarettes and old sheets. Room had a peculiar smell of cigarettes and old sheets. Toilet was clean but bed and sheets were not changed and had stains from previous owner.
