I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly . WiFi was good and it was quiet at night, Nice rooftop terrace with bar There are some nice local restaurants close"

"The hotel has its own atmosphere - beautiful decor. Very good location - you can walk everywhere, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to restaurants. Beware of the micro lift - something different. The breakfast is very good - a large selection of sweet snacks (typically Italian), but there is also bread, cold cuts and cheese. For me, this hotel is a hit. I recommend it"

"Lovely place to stay in Palermo. A 5 minute walk from Notarbartolo train station, which is directly linked to the airport. It's about a 20 minute walk to the main sites such as Théätre Massimo, Palermo Cathedral and probably a 25 minute walk to the lively area near Quattro Canti. The owner, Katia, is lovely and makes sure everybody is catered for at breakfast from 7-9am. Highly recommend"

"The single room was spartan but fine for one night. However, the shower was in a deplorable state. Moldy shower curtain that smelled bad, mold on the ceiling, peeling paint, and I had no hot water. I posted the same review on Google and the hotel responded that I should have just asked to change rooms. So, they have clean bathrooms and others that are moldy? What bad faith. Based on my experience, I do not recommend staying at this hotel."
