I arrived at the hotel at 3pm to check in. I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes but the check-in was not completed. They kept cleaning the room and asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. It was almost 4pm before I got to the room. As a result, at 12pm the next day, they called and knocked on my door to urge me to check out. What kind of service is this? I booked a suite.
