"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Comfort and Service at an Amazing Value! I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. "Not sure where to start but I will say the staff were lovely . Breakfast was dreadful, no juice, the manager came up to me on the first day and asked if I needed anything, I said juice please, he said no problem but after quite a long time he came back and asked if I really wanted it as he would have to charge me 🤷♀️ I asked for toast for breakfast but always had to wait at least 30 mins to get it and when it arrived it was never warm or toasted, I gave up going after a few days! Sun-bed had a rusty piece sticking out and there was a hole in the ground by the pool which was dangerous and there were children running around who could have got hurt. Hotel is stuck out in the sticks, nothing around to get snacks although the do sell snacks in the hotel for an extortionate amount. Wish I could have something positive to say but sadly can’t find any positives of staying here."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing from the very first moment. Pure Filipino charm: kindness, courtesy, and great taste in its humble accommodations. From the moment you arrive, everything is perfect: the views, the people, every single breakfast overlooking what is arguably one of the best views in the country, El Nido Bay. There are a few stairs at the entrance, but they are not at all difficult to climb for anyone in reasonably good physical condition. And when you see the views from each of the bungalows when you wake up… it will all have been worth it. We would return a thousand times."
