The stay was pleasant. Food is not good. Needs lots of improvement in food. During lunch/meals chapathi was not cooked. Very hard to eat. Night dinner we ordered onion uthappa which again was not properly cooked. And my senior citizens family just couldn't eat. Food needs lots of improvement.

The hotel is located right in front of the hill. Hotel staff were friendly and provided good information related to temple visits and anything needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is very close to Palani Murugan temple, you cross the road and the way to Palani Murugan steps begin. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very courteous. The room had an iron board we just need to request for the iron box. They have an inhouse restaurant AC and Non-AC. I had opted for complimentary breakfast they had a decent spread. The reason I reduced one star is 1) no complimentary sealed water bottles provided, they provide RO bottle. 2) the kettle kept in my room was dirty and smelly. Seemed like someone boiled milk in it and did not clean. And the hotel did not bother to check before I checked in. 3) in the restaurant the staff isn’t attentive, you ask them spoon they won’t come soon, you will have to remind them. Idk why they dont keep spoons in the dining table.

Excellent location for temple visit. Neat property and decent rooms. Well kept, courteous staff. The place doesn’t look as good as what you see in the booking. Is becoming old. Poor maintenance

It was a good and decent rooms and good service of course. But please don’t expect 4 and 5 start welcome and service. Surely worth for money and pretty decent clean and good hotel. Well done service in the restaurant by lady staff. Receiption and restaurant managers need to know how pleasantly to welcome the guest and talk more politely. It was just a fine tuning required, honestly service was good.

We had been same property 10 years back, but it has lost its hygiene, quality of food, room interiors and wash room very bad condition
