I stayed with my family (wife and two kids) from 1st to 3rd july 2022. I usually don't write detailed reviews, but in this case, i feel it's quite necessary so that the hotel management takes corrective actions soon. The stay and experience at this hotel were terrible, and spoiled the mood of our vacation. We faced too many issues at the hotel
1) we were allotted a room in the 3rd floor initially. We saw many cockroaches in the room. My kids were scared, and we informed the same to the hotel reception. They shifted us to another room in 4th floor. 2) in the new room the main door lock could not be locked and also the lock of the bathroom was broken. 3) another major concern is that to get hot water we have to just waste three buckets of water. The hotel management informed that they are using solar powered heater and to get hot water you have to keep the tap opened for some time. This is unacceptable, considering three buckets of water is being wasted every time anyone wants hot water in this hotel. 4) the coat blankets had mildew and not clean. 5) there are no tea bags or any thing necessary to make tea/coffee in the room. And you will not get anything until morning 7. 30 am when the restaurant opens. I requested for a tea at 5. 00 am and got it at 8. 00 am. I informed all the above issues to the hotel manager while checking out. He listened to me and took my phone number. While checking out, to my surprise, no one helped us to carry our bags to the car, considering we had 5-6 bags and my kids are 4 years old. This was really a terrible experience with the such a reputed hotel. I believe the management checks and resolves these issues at the earliest.
