Hilux Courtyard

Very poor service. The rooms were kept in a poor condition. The bellhop was lost in another world during baggage collection. Poor service: - We were asked to wait in a suite room for 3-4 hours before getting the classic room we asked for thus proving the carelessness of the managing staff. In the suite room we stayed, there was a smell of cigarette smoking. When we brought it up to the reception asking was it a smoking room, they said it WASN'T a smoking room. After hearing this, we started questioning the professionality of Hilux Courtyard. Luckily we were staying for only one night and am writing this review 2 days after.

Stinky bathroom, dirty towels, dirty sheets, yellowish dirty blankets ! place used to be good, but right now for this price, it’s so poor and not recommended for family and couples. No thanks

They don’t have a proper restaurant and was not able to have breakfast due to this even though we paid for it in advance.

Well build hotel with poor execution. There is no one to monitor the staff. Initially they allocated a used room. Once i reached the room, beds were not organised, used water bottles all across, toilets were stinky. Later they allocated a new room. From the day one night there were bear bottles(10) collected by house keeping kept near first floor lift and it was there even when i was checking out after 2 days. Provided pillows were having stain

Very good property, nice and comfort recommended. But manager/reception desk is very eager to know the guests profession.
