"THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN THE ACCOMMODATION. €180 per night for a straw hut with open gaps in the walls near the floor and roof, located in the middle of the forest. It is full of various insects and you can clearly hear noises from neighboring huts, which are placed very close together. The door and window cannot be securely locked. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The bed linen is dirty and has an unpleasant smell. No towels, soap, or blankets are provided. The hut that was supposed to be by the sea is not by the sea at all and is actually located quite far away. The toilet is dirty and smells bad. The staff are friendly, except for the manager. The food in the restaurant is terrible and the selection is very limited. The drinks in the restaurant are poor quality. The parking area is quite far away, although luggage transport is available. The sandy beach is very small and overcrowded. The activities included in the price are only the most basic ones; everything else requires an additional fee, and the charges are quite high. The café in the resort is expensive, and there is not enough staff, resulting in very slow service. Avoid ."

"We paid an extremely high amount for the package, but the service provided was far below the advertised offer and did not even come close to the price paid. The plates and cutlery were dirty and stuck together, the glasses were dirty; it was almost impossible to find clean dishes. The fruit was rotten.. The curtains on the terrace were torn or completely missing. The climbing frames on the children's playground on the beach were torn, the deck chairs were dirty and torn. At a temperature of 38 °C, with a one and a half year old in our arms and a nine year old next to us, we were turned away at the restaurant entrance because the employee assessed that the child had "too short pants". We also had serious digestive problems after consuming food from the restaurant. Although we paid for the all inclusive light service, we were expressly forbidden to pour water into bottles from the tank and take it out of the restaurant. In addition, the water was not bottled, but was poured from a tank. Early departure – for all the reasons mentioned we were forced to leave the resort a day early, happy only that our children remained healthy. Avoid this place!"
