Best Western Plus Wanda Grand Hotel

Plenty of parking, clean rooms, a large 7-Eleven behind the hotel, and good breakfast with ample seating in the dining area, so it doesn't feel cramped.

Really liked it! The room was big and spacious, very comfortable. It has its own parking lot and is not far from the Pink Line BTS. It was convenient to get back from the concert. You can leave your car there and easily travel to other places by BTS. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is great, and it's covered parking. However, the turns for the ramp up and down are quite narrow, and the incline is a bit steep, so if you bring a car, you might need to be extra careful. Each parking spot is also narrow. I noticed a lot of door dings on cars parked next to pillars. The only slight disappointment was when the staff at the check-in counter made a mistake with my booking. They said I had only booked for one night, so I emphasized that it was for two nights. The staff member confirmed my name and insisted it was one night again. I then showed them my booking details, and they apologized, explaining that my name was the same as another guest's. Even though they had photocopied my ID card, I think they should pay more attention to checking the full name. The room types booked were different, and the number of nights was also different, so I wish they were a bit more thorough. But overall, I really liked it. If I have the chance, I might choose to stay here again. Many things were convenient. The housekeeping staff were lovely; I had requested no room cleaning, and they accommodated that.

I was looking for a hotel near Impact Arena as I was attending a concert there, and this place fit the bill perfectly.

Stayed for 2 days and was very impressed! Before leaving the room, my personal belongings were scattered everywhere. When I returned to the accommodation in the evening, the hotel staff had arranged everything very neatly. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel before.

The room is quite spacious, and the location is excellent with a mall, subway station, and delicious Thai restaurants nearby. However, the room price is a bit high; for this price, I could stay at an international chain hotel. I hope they can offer better value for money in the future!

I always choose to stay here when I go to concerts at Impact. I like it because it's right next to the BTS station and close to Central Chaengwattana shopping mall. There are also lots of food options nearby.
