Nous avons passé 4 jours merveilleux au sein du White Sands Luxury. Nous occupions la chambre Cinamoon 4, qui était juste parfaite, grande, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours aux petits soins. Nous avions la formule en demi pension, les menus étaient variés et exquis ! Plusieurs activités sont incluses comme le prêt de Vélo électrique que nous avons adoré pour parcourir la plage, des cours de Kite Surf, du canoë kayak, des catamarans. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement paradisiaque !

What a great way to finish a thrilling two-week fly-safari across the mainland Tanzania, having witnessed the most amazing wildlife, and then arrive and stay and be pampered in our own little paradise. The private villa right on the beach front was spectacular, and we felt cared for and looked after right from the start, and the friendly, informal time with our butler, Emannuel, was exactly at the right level and much appreciated. Nothing was too much for him, and we were also grateful for the late checkout and having the villa all the way until the evening on the day of departure. This is a wonderful place, with wonderful food, super friendly and informal staffing, and because it was not too busy at all with other guests, we really felt like this was a private hideaway and a much deserved relaxation after the two weeks of very intense safari.

We stayed 6 nights at the White Sands in a two bedroom villa. The family villas are a little set back from the beach and come with two bedrooms upstairs and downstairs plus an additional standalone living/dining room. The grounds are beautiful and so tropical with a gorgeous soft sandy beach. There is one main dinner restaurant, and also a beach restaurant outside which serves breakfast and lunch. Whilst we were there it was very windy on a couple of days so breakfast was quite a challenge for the staff. We were the only ones at breakfast so in hindsight should have maybe asked for room service, But the staff were so lovely and charming and dealt with it in the best way they could. We found the food on the a la carte to be quite repetitive and a little bland, we did have an evening with some delicious local dishes but it would have been so much nicer to have more tastier local dishes as a daily option. On our first night we did have a security issue which was bought to our attention the next morning. However after that we received no follow up to the matter, no offer to move us or no gesture of apology whilst there. This did mar our impression and whilst I won’t go into details I will just say always ensure your doors are locked!

Ho trascorso un magnifico soggiorno al White Sands. Le ville sono molto ampie e curatissime. Anche gli spazi comuni sono arredato con un gusto di design eccellente. La spiaggia è stupenda, sabbia bianchissima e soffice, sorvegliata h24, puoi fare meravigliose passeggiate in riva al mare. Il fenomeno delle maree l'ho trovato affascinante anche se nel momento di alta marea il mare aveva molte alghe e non era proprio invitante, mi han detto la stagione...Piuttosto ventilato, paradiso per il kite surf. La cucina del resort è ottima, quasi da ristorante stellato. Giardino molto curato, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il servizio Butler è molto valido, hai una persona sempre disponibile per ogni tua esigenza. Da migliorare servizio Spa e palestra. Consiglio vivamente questo resort a chi cerca tranquillità, relax, buona cucina e raffinata cura dei dettagli.

I’m a bit worried that the service levels at White Sand have ruined all other hotels for me! We enjoyed a wonderful stay with family (teenage kids) for over a week in July. The property is exquisite, beach stunning and weather perfect. Especially big thanks to Emmanuel our butler during the stay and Khamis who looked after us at dinner every night. I recommend taking the bike tour of a nearby village offered by the hotel, super interesting. And walking up the beach to get out of the resort and try local lunch spots. My only constructive criticism is around allergy labelling on the menus, it would have been useful to see more easily which foods contain nuts. Big thanks to the whole team, The Perry family

Absolutely stunning property, service. It was the perfect way to relax after spending some time in the Masai Mara. Everyone in the property made us feel welcome but in particular our butler Amoni was fantastic. Any request whether it was small or big he took care of it with a smile and no complaints. The thing that impressed me the most was getting a custom made dress by the on site tailor. I bought a few fabrics and the tailor had two dresses done for me in 25 hours. Amoni helped orchestrate it all and I was blown away! I am a world traveler and have never received this level of service. Amoni is a gem!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and are quite enthused about writing this review. And we would welcome the opportunity to revisit. 1st-Location. Nestled in one of the most beautiful places in the world in Tanzania, this relais & chateaux lives up to the “luxury” in its name plus the natural beauty all around gives it a real authentic vibe. We got a private villa. And our stay at this remarkable place was nothing short of extraordinary, offering a blend of comfort, adventure, and awe-inspiring scenery. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff welcomed us into a world of tranquility and relaxation. The manager was quite kind in accommodating us with some of the amenities for our villa despite our flight having been severely delayed. 2nd-Service. The service was exceptional, characterized by genuine warmth and attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from arranging surprise sundowner cocktails in a picturesque location to accommodating special dietary preferences with grace and efficiency. Special shoutout to the professional butler that we were assigned, Amoni. He did such a fantastic job in bringing the luxury experience to life for us with his recommendations, detail-orientation, and responsiveness.
