"The room I stayed in had a river view. The atmosphere was great, I sat on the balcony and chilled out, watching the river and just relaxing. It was very convenient to walk to Pai Walking Street from the accommodation."

"Every accommodation has its pros and cons, but the place I chose for this trip had a few disappointing aspects. Even considering it was the off-season, there were far too few staff members relative to the size of the room (I had to constantly go looking for staff). Although the room was a good size and had everything I needed, perhaps due to a lack of maintenance for a long time, there was thick cobwebs and dust on the shelves and TV. The TV was also inconvenient as it was not a smart TV. I booked two rooms, but the air conditioners in both were broken, so I had to move rooms twice for one of them. My room was bearable at night, so I put up with it. It was extremely inconvenient that the hot and cold water couldn't be adjusted while showering. I used the swimming pool every day for my 2-night, 3-day stay, but the water quality got progressively worse, so the pool I passed by on my way to checkout looked like a murky river. I'm not sure if these disappointing issues will be addressed during the peak season. The curtains were so worn out that they looked unsightly in the sunlight, and except for the room I was moved to and upgraded, the mattresses were full of springs that could be felt. Considering the price, I kept wondering if I should just put up with it. I had booked breakfast, but when I arrived on the day, the restaurant was closed and it seemed like we were the only ones there. The chairs and tables were folded up... Since the 200-baht à la carte menu only included coffee and tea, I canceled it. However, the sunrise in the morning and the eco-friendly view were truly beautiful. The staff I met were also friendly, but I didn't feel welcomed at check-in. Compared to the room facilities, which boasted a great size and surroundings, I felt the downsides outweighed the advantages due to the poor maintenance in many aspects. I do not think I will book this accommodation again when I revisit Pai during the winter peak season."

"Stayed 3 nights at the Reverie Siam. The hotel was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Pai. Initially we had booked 2 nights but upon checking in at this beautiful property, we immediately decided to stay another night. The room is very spacious yet has a very homely vibe to it. It was well equipped with all the toiletries and snacks you'd need. Location is fairly central, a couple minutes away from the main town area by motorbike and I believe there is a free taxi service for pick up and drop off by the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and has a decent variety. Great restaurant, had dinner there for two nights as well. The food/restaurant itself is probably one of the best in Pai. Facilities are well maintained. The hotel doesn't seem to have a lot of staff walking around but somehow you will see everything very well maintained. Highly recommend if you’re in Pai!"
