I would visit again. Quiet center, cheap room. It was good. I stayed 3 nights and moved a little far away. Location is good.

It was near the Pai Terminal, so I got off the bus and went straight there. The accommodation was small and cozy. The view outside from the second floor room terrace was very nice, with birds chirping and a quiet atmosphere. There are several restaurants nearby. If you walk to the terminal at night, there are many things to eat at the night market.

Location is great, a 7 min walk from Pai walking street. There is a bike rental shop down the road called GM motors. Service is close to none, the staff gives the impression that they don't really care. For the price and view, it is great. Cleanliness is alright for a hotel of this price. There are insects but mostly harmless ants, which is expected given that we are in Pai.
