Bad experience during 3 nights stay, name tag for friend in room 1033 which was left by Mr. Revli was not given, birthday cake and souvenirs for our teacher which was left at FO and promised to be delivered were not delivered finally the cake was damaged, the room was not cleaned and tidied up until 3.30 pm even though it was told directly to the room boy there was 10 am. 😵💫😫first time staying here and will not again, two with friends on a business trip.

Very convenient if you’re attending a concert at the ICE BSD Halls. It’s literally next door! Service is very good and staff are all very polite and helpful!

The food at the restaurant in the hotel was very delicious. I also used room service, but the menu was hard to understand so I had to ask the staff directly by phone. If the bathroom had a bathtub, this hotel would be perfect.
