"This hotel was the worst during my entire 20-day trip. During check-in, they said the card payment failed and asked me to swipe it again. That evening, I discovered the room fee had been charged twice. After inquiring, the hotel confirmed they saw the two charges and promised a refund, which would take about 5-7 business days. So far, I haven't received any refund notification. Upon entering the room, I found the toilet was broken. Since I was staying two nights, I requested a room change, but they refused, citing full occupancy. The front desk eventually came and repaired it, making it barely usable. The lobby had a coffee maker, juicer, and water dispenser, but the coffee maker stopped producing coffee by evening, the juicer only produced juice during breakfast hours, and the water dispenser ran out of hot water at night. One night, I returned late and was about to eat instant noodles when I received a bowl of lukewarm water. The hotel staff didn't care, and I had to go to the neighboring hotel for hot water. There was no air conditioning in the hallways and elevators, making them very stuffy. It seems the hotel primarily caters to tour groups and doesn't seem to care about independent travelers. Be cautious if you're booking independently."

"The room had foul smell upon entering and the air con was making super big noise. We had to turn it off to sleep. In the middle of the night at around 3am I got woken up by some really loud noises which I recorded with my phone. The next day when I went to tell reception, they said it’s probably next door air conditioning sound. That’s horrible, how old are these machines to make such loud noises. Reception was apologetic but nothing else was done. We had a bad night sleep."
