It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour.
Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

This hotel is 5 stars hotel and it should be 1/2 star
Bathrooms without showers curtain. Room is very dirty and painting is not good. Mirrors Are not in good condition. The towels are in very bad condition.
People are very good and very helpful
My room phone was not working and I reported that to front desk but no body does care.
