La ubicación es perfecta para ir a las Grutas de Tolantongo las cuales no se las pueden perder. El desayuno es super y las salsas una delicia. El lugar es tranquilo. El personal amable. Al lado hay un banco y tiendas por si se ha olvidado algo. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Se nota una mejoria en el nivel de servicio de casi todo el personal, solo un mesero y un chico en recepcion, no fueron tan amables como el resto. Por lo demas sin problema, apoyaron bastante bien, es el hotel de referencia a usar en visitas a esa ciudad.

No tiene estacionamiento propio, se usa el de la plaza. El staff (algunos meseros y la cheff) del restaurante en su mayoría dan mal servicio, mala atención al comensal. En ocasiones sirven el plato con mala presentación e incluso traen la cuenta antes de traer la comida, tardan mucho en servir.

Visitamos con frecuencia este hotel ya que tenemos familiares en la ciudad, en general el hotel bien solo dos temas que no fueron lo mejor: 1.- un huesped (mi hija) usa silla de ruedas y aunque nos dieron la habitacion accesible 116, identificamos que cambiaron la colocacion de la puerta del baño, ahora abre hacia dentro cuando debe abrir hacia afuera, como esta ahora no es posible ingresar con silla de ruedas al area de regadera, 2) mal servicio del barman Luis y de Janice Morales al solicitar explicacion sobre la bebida de cortesia. Posadas debe reforzar capacitación.

En general brinda el servicio normal de un hotel de negocios, podía ser mejor en higiene, el baño no daba la impresión de limpieza exhaustiva, como es de esperar. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones no es del todo bueno, la puerta del baño rechinaba mucho, la tapa del W.C. se caía, además de la falta de higiene en algunos lugares del mismo. El sabor de los alimentos del restaurante es regular, los jugos del desayuno rebajados con agua, el pan dulce de mediana calidad, los alimentos en general muy de "hotel comercial". Creo que con mas cuidado en esos detalles sería un opción muy recomendable, se queda en un hotel normal, pudiendo ser uno muy bueno y recomendable. Es de destacar que el personal es muy amable y servicial, hacen bien su trabajo.
