Saturday night front desk hostess was amazing. Didn't expect that level of service at a Camino Real. She saw my wife was pregnant and struggling while walking on heels ( we we returning from a wedding party ). She immediately found some slippers and gave them to us. Also I asked to purchase extra bottles of water and she gave them to us for free. Little unexpected details that went s long way. Thanks a lot.

Sin duda la atención y disponibilidad del staff es muy amable de todos ellos, principalmente la recepcionista tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros y el botones. Lo malo es la incomodidad en sus colchones y el ruido que hace el staff desde las 8 am en los pasillos. Platicas personales y ruido al mover el carrito de la camarista. Por otro lado fue imposible reservar a través de Internet, tuvimos que llegar para verificar disponibilidad con el riesgo a que no hubiera habitaciones disponibles. Se trata de un hotel justo en el centro sin duda su fortaleza más grande.

Desde la entrada super accesibles, no nos hicieron esperar con nuestra reserva, inmediatamente nos dieron la habitación, limpieza 10 atención 10. Hugo muy amable y servicial con nuestro equipaje. Cabe mencionar que en la habitación hay espacio con escritorio para trabajar y cafetera buen detalle.

Limpio, el internet es de muy mala calidad lo que dificulta viajes de trabajo-negocios (no se puede trabajar en línea en las habitaciones), el edificio no tiene aislamiento acústico pese a encontrarse sobre avenida principal (es ruidoso) lo que no lo hace un buen lugar para descansar, la cama y blancos muy bien, tiene problemas con el sellado de acabados xq en un tercer piso apareció un charquito dentro de la habitación (no sé si escurría del baño o de la lluvia exterior). El servicio de desayuno es espectacular, emplatado perfecto, alimentos de buena calidad y preparación, muy buen servicio. El estacionamiento es pequeño y de difícil acceso.
