Beautiful place, given we were staying in different places all over Paarl we did get an idea of value for money so with the rain it was hard to give this a 5 star as the tv was crappy. But otherwise beautiful place and clean.

Wat een prachtige locatie en wat een geweldige service! Daarbij ook een ideaal gelegen plek om de diverse wine estates te bezoeken! Moest zelf nog 1 dag werken en dat ging ook top met de wifi! Nogmaals heel veel dank voor het fijne verblijf! Groeten, Rutger

Lovely place and even lovelier family that runs it. They always have time for a nice chat and to give recommendations about places to visit or restaurants to dine at. Extra plus for the vine tour that they arranged and the scrumptious malva pudding they fixed for us. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful pool area with first class service. Cozy bar that is perfect for a night cap and a nice chat by the fire pit. Highly recommend this perfect place to stay at when in Paarl.

Myself and my Mom had the privilege to have Xmas dinner at Dr Leeuwenhof estate,the welcoming glass of ice cold champagne in the Paarl heat set the stage for a delicious evening,the canapes looked amazing and each little morsel was super delicious,plenty variety to taste.the staff was super friendly and welcoming,created a nice relaxing evening. The main course was so Devine and once again a super large variety of salads,each and every one was so so delicious. And the cherry on top was the super Devine desserts. I was so satisfied in every way. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a mouth watering evening.

Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Weingut in der Nähe von Paarl war ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, umgeben von Obstbäumen, die eine idyllische und entspannte Atmosphäre schaffen. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Wärme haben uns sofort wohl fühlen lassen. Der Bruder des Hauses kümmerte sich um die Bar und sorgte mit seinen Empfehlungen für die passenden Getränke, was unseren Abenden eine besondere Note verlieh. Besonders schön waren die Abende in der Bar, wo auch gegessen wurde. Jeden Abend wurde eine Feuerstelle angezündet, die den Gartenraum und die abendliche Atmosphäre noch einmal zusätzlich verschönerte und für ein unvergleichlich gemütliches Ambiente sorgte. Die Unterkunft war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für ein paar Tage Erholung. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Liebe zum Detail, die man in allen Bereichen spürt – sei es im Garten, in den Räumen oder im Service. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Weingut jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht!

Beautiful property but stable rooms are loud
Beautiful estate with a pool to-die-for. Nice breakfast, but no vegan options...I had written the owners with questions ahead of time, but never received a response. And while the stable rooms are large, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear your neighbors (tv, conversations, blowing noses.)
