Probably the worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. I travel a good bit for work and Hampton Inn is my usual go-to hotel. This one in Ozark was convenient to see a customer in the morning but I’d never stay here again. Very out dated and dirty. Gross carpets in the halls. Rooms are dirty and worn out. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was very pleasant. But that is certainly not enough to make me stay here again. Stay away if you can.

This Hampton Inn does not meet the high standards of the Hilton brand, that I’m a custom to. Needs deep cleaning, repairs, and room updates. Front Desk staff needs training. Not the standard welcome. The breakfast was well managed. There was plenty of hot food and coffee.

Ms Lee, Tia, Billy, and the young man that was in charge of breakfast on Sunday morning, August 18th were exceptional. They really went above and beyond for my group on our stay there, August 17th-18th. They were very nice, humble, and patient. There were a lot of problems that arose but they handle each situation with a smile on their faces. We couldn’t had a better group of people to deal with than them! They are some very exceptional people and it was a pleasure to work with them. I wish ALL businesses had people working in them like that group of people. I could go on and on about them because they did go over and beyond for my group to make sure that we were good!!! You don’t find many people like them these days working in an establishment. You should be very proud of your staff. Also , I had the pleasure of talking to Wendy. Didn’t get a chance to see or meet her but she was very pleasant to talk to and making sure that my group was satisfied. This team rocks!!!!!

Not bad for a small town location. Sunday night it was very quiet and unfortunately there were few places open for dinner ( not the hotels fault.) Room was clean, shower was strong, and the internet and TV worked as expected. All in all a decent place.

How can anyone rate this hotel as even good. Walls in room need to be painted. There are marks and stains on the wall. All the bedroom doors in the hallway are also banged up and need to be painted. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower totally out dated. The only nice things about this hotel is that breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was friendly. This hotel was totally overpriced. Overall rating Poor

They stay was good! Staff was good… but when I went to go check in my reservation was canceled.. so they had to re book my room at a higher rate. Which is a not a big deal because they fixed it and working on working something out plus gave me more points!

Staff for checkin was very professional, helpful and kind. Lobby area was nice. We bought food and sat in breakfast area. It was clean and comfortable. The room was had what we needed for our stay. NEGATIVE: we had roaches in the room. Front desk staff was concerned and took my information and gave to manager to contact me but I never received a call. Staff was helpful but lack of communication from management showed me there is no concern about the cleanliness of the room or the concerns of those paying for it. I had planned to go back 3 days later with others, but I would not go for myself and definitely would not recommend for others.

The worst Hampton and I have ever stayed at in my life windows were dirty carpets were nasty TV did not work and in the morning the bagels had mold on them you could not check in till exactly 3:00 and we got there at 2:45 with a lot of people waiting

So this hotel is in need of some paint and new furniture. Most of all the furniture in our room and in the breakfast area needed to be updated because of the wear on them. There were several spots on the wall that just needed fresh paint in our room. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the rooms or common area. The breakfast was well maintained and the staff at breakfast and the staff at front desk are top some of the nicest people I have ever met. They called to make sure that my $5 bill left in the room was indeed for a tip for the cleaning crew...who does this? So this hotel is fine, just like all hotels it is showing signs of wear. Let's hope that management has taken the time to schedule the updates.
