This has been most terrible hotel ever. I was ordering in to my room burger and fries, they said "roughly 40 min waiting". I was calling my friend (who was down with others) after 2h that can he check what's going on. My burger was just waited there. He bring it up with manager and food was cold. So I asked can I have a new one. She said she would order one. A couple of min later, another girl came and asked that tray back and said my friends food was ready downstairs and my burger would take long. We waited 30 minutes upstairs with my friend until he went back down and asked where my burger was. "It's cancelled" was the answer. Cancelled by who and why? I never got an answer for that. Still, I needed to pay this. Breakwast was also tasteless and very small.

It was mostly quiet except for a group that had to leave early. Water wasn't always hot. Generator was pretty loud when the power was off. But I felt safe and the room was clean and staff was helpful.
