Staybridge Suites OXNARD - RIVER RIDGE by IHG ★★★
"It’s a super nice hotel complex. Luxury rooms and very spacious. My only complaint was that rooms are not noise proof. Easy to hear what’s going on in other rooms, but the main issue was the AC fans located just outside of the window on the ground floor. It was really noisy and we had to request to move another room. We were lucky as there was an availablity, but we had to move our stuff in the middle of the night. Upstairs rooms are okay. Overall very nice place and good breakfast too."

"We stayed here with our two dogs and everything was terrific! The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and the amenities were all so nicely maintained. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to our days, and there were bonus options like peanut butter, bananas and Greek yogurt that our pups enjoyed with us on the outside patio. The location is unbeatable in the Ventura Oxnard area, right across the street from The Collection shopping center and numerous restaurants, from full service to to fast food, including dog friendly restaurants like Lazy Dog, Yard House, Setabello and more. Having a nicely stocked kitchenette in the room was also a total game changer, especially as we stayed numerous days and it was a great way to keep and reheat our leftovers, as well as chicken and rice for the pups. If I were to make a single gripe, it'd be that parking is $10/night. Feels nickel and dime-y. One major, mega, huge shout out is to front desk lead Kaylyn. She was responsive, caring, empathetic, kind and helped me get guest details updated via chat while I was in-flight and therefore unable to to have a live call. The reason for our stay was due to some difficult circumstances, yet she truly helped ease the stress level because of her hospitality. Kaylyn, we appreciate you more than you know. Thank you for all that you do."

"We opened a big bed room and a twin room. The twin room is better and the area is very large. The big bed room is small and the breakfast is American breakfast. There is a kitchen laundry room gym business print."
