The hotel is very new and has good facilities. The food in the restaurant on the first floor is great, especially the Short Rib, which is delicious. I will choose this restaurant next time.

The hotel was very beautiful. The bar and restaurant were comfortable but the drinks were very overpriced. The hotel accommodated an early check in without a charge which was a bonus. They did charge a $200 fee - which will be returned to my account, but I was not expecting that charge.

I checked in late and asked for a bottle of cold water upon arrival (benefit as a Titanium elite member). I was told the M Club had refrigerated bottled water and to help myself. I went in and there was no water in the M Club fridge. I asked if I could have a bottle of cold water out of the fridge near the front desk. I was promptly told “No, you have to pay $4 for that water. We have bottles of water in the back but it’s not cold.” I asked “Is it my fault there is no water in your M Club refrigerator; it feels like it’s my fault since I’m the one being told to accept warm water.” The front desk person agreed that my request for a cold bottle of water from the front desk fridge was reasonable considering there was none in the M Club but admitted they were not empowered to give me that water for free. It seems like this hotel has a lot to learn about valuing customers and empowering employees. Really? I’m staring at one bottle of water in the front desk fridge and a case of room temperature water outside your fridge. Would it work for everyone if I take the cold bottle of water and the hotel staff refill the M Club and front desk refrigerators with the room temperature water? Is that reasonable? Is that a crazy idea? As I write this from the hotel room, I hear the default Marriott channel loop on my TV: “Your visit is our passion. No detail is too small. A wonderful stay happens in every moment. It happens when you feel cared for and looked after. Our goal is to turn each service into an experience. Wonderful hospitality always, Marriott hotels.” Has this staff heard this marketing loop on the hotel room televisions? It certainly doesn’t seem like it. The staff are some of the most inhospitable I have ever met. Learn to value customers and make them believe you care. You make them believe you care by believing customers are valuable. Behavior follows beliefs. Based on the behavior I observed, I did not meet anyone that believes I am a valuable customer. They believe the last bottle of cold water in the front desk fridge is valuable. Believe this: I won’t be back.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but it was a very disturbing stay. This modern looking, beautiful hotel is deceptive because it appears anyone in the hotel can party as loudly as they want. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, there were very loud motorcycles revving up their engines until midnight. Last night, we saw many people bringing up food and drinks to guest room/suite instead of staying at the 3rd floor event. It sounded like a soccer match with fans screaming and chanting. (Why come up to “eat” when the reception is downstairs?) I first called around 10pm and was told the wedding ends at 1am. I was told nothing that could be done about it. I used an app to message the hotel at 11:13pm without a response, so I called the lobby. I was told we could be moved downstairs. While doing downstairs to the lobby to change rooms, a group of falling down intoxicated people were yelling at each other before sliding in the elevator. While at the lobby, I asked instead to have my money back for the night, and then we would leave immediately. Two CSRs said their manager refused to refund us. I was told security arrived at 11pm and they could go upstairs to check. The lobby was a loud party as well. I expressed my doubts another floor would be more quiet but since I was refused a refund, we stayed. I was right: a drunk group of people periodically yelled in the hallway until 2;30am, and the staff didn’t respond to my app message complaints. I have audio recordings of the noise as well a screen shots of my complaints. I’m exhausted and even more so disappointed. I didn’t know Marriott employees do not protect the guests from unruly guests

Nice hotel, but I have to give it a poor review. This is only happened once in my 40 years of travel. We checked into the hotel and settled into our room. Around a half an hour later, a strange couple opened the door to the room that we had checked into. My wife was partially clothed and upset. I went down to the front desk and complained. Later, I got a call, apologizing, and saying that it was because our last name was similar to the people who tried to enter our room. Our last names are totally different so that was a poor excuse. Room service was sent the next day. We had not ordered room service it so we sent it away thinking it was another hotel mistake. The manager called to say that it was wine and cheese for the inconvenience. She also offered 10,000 reward points, which did not happen. They really need to work on paying attention to details

Simply put….This hotel is modern and extremely clean. The staffers were all great and the location of the hotel was perfect. The whole area is great to relax and unwind without going too far. We were able to park our car and walk to eat and shop.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the amenities and the staff was super helpful. Coffee, tea, robes were a nice touch. Smells nice and overall everything is kept very clean. I also liked the added safety key feature. You have to swipe your key to make the elevator go to your floor. Overall , great stay and I hope next year's convention is here again.
