The room was attractive, clean and in excellent repair with virtually no signs of abuse, neglect, or disrepair. The AC worked well and was quiet along with the rest of the hotel. The plumbing worked well. I got what I paid for, which was more than what I typically have paid for a Quality Inn in the past.

A family wedding brought us to the beautiful town of Ouray, and luck brought us to The Ouray Quality Inn. Changing logistics necessitated calling Bill numerous times and he cheerfully accommodated our needs. The rooms were pretty, spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (hair dryer, iron, fridge, coffeemaker). The breakfast was varied and tasty. We frequented the spacious patio and would have ventured into the hot tubs if time permitted. Bill, Morgan and Emily are professional, personable and very helpful. Morgan even helped relatives who stayed at another local hotel. The town’s shops, restaurants and trails are within walking distance from the Inn, making it so easy to travel with a large group. Our family will be talking about this trip for years – thank you Ouray Quality Inn for the wonderful memories.

Good location when traveling the “million dollar highway” in southern Colorado. Clean and comfortable room. Staff person at desk (and breakfast) - ? Owner - was friendly and attentive, gave us the personal touch.

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights. We really enjoyed Ouray and the Quality Inn was affordable and in a good location. Lots of parking and breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Ouray.

Pros: *Friendly owners/guest service *Room was large and clean *Plenty of parking *W/in walking distance to the downtown *Breakfast was included Cons: *Barking dog in neighbor's room while owners were out but eventually quieted down later that evening. We would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

This motel looks like all the other motels in Ouray – old and cheap. It looks like Quality Inn has tried to fix it up with new carpeting and updated bathroom but it still seems cheap. The staff is friendly. Our room had two queen beds with a nightstand and lamp between, mini-fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, storage drawer, full length mirror, desk and chair that was too low for the desk, and an easy chair. There was barely enough room for all furniture but it was not too tight. There were a couple of hangers on a rack near the sink in the back of the room. The room desperately needs pegs or hooks near the door to hang jackets. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and toilet. The toilet did not flush well which was annoying. There is a washer and dryer near the office. The breakfast was okay. The motel is quiet and an easy walk to restaurants.

We have stayed here for the last six years, through Covid as well and you never disappoint❤️ Every time we make reservations we seem to add one more day, seven days was not enough. Thank you Bill and Emily for another fabulous week at your Quality Inn in Ouray. We had the king suite as we usually do, 212 and we had everything we needed for our week stay. We have stayed with you for the past 6 or 7 years and you never disappoint. We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary with a three week road trip out west so this year was special. Excellent 8 day stay at the Quality Inn in Ouray. Bill and Emily are excellent hosts and all the staff is so helpful. Breakfast was good and they always know the best places to go in the surrounding area.
