Le personnel de la réception ainsi que les chasseurs sont excellents, gentils et professionnel. La responsable du service d’étage est une gentille dame même si la propreté n’est pas toujours à 100%. Toutefois, la musique jouée autour de la piscine jusqu’à plus de minuit est à un volume trop élevé, comme il fait chaud, il est impossible de fermer les fenêtres. Difficile de se reposer. Le petit déjeuner est à éviter, je recommande n’importe quel café aux alentours. Les serviettes étaient sales et sont vraiment trop petites. À part ça, l’hôtel est correct

L'emplacement de l'hôtel Atla Orient est parfait pour accéder facilement au centre-ville et aux restaurants. Le service était exceptionnel, de la réception jusqu'à la chambre. L'hôtel était impeccablement propre et vraiment impressionnant. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Hôtel très bien placé avec parking et piscine. En revanche les chambres ne valent pas un 4 étoiles. De gros travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir notamment dans les salles de bains. Nous avions 2 chambres et dans les 2 il n’y avait pas d’eaux chaudes..

C’était ma première fois a oujda avant de faire ma réservation j’avais le doute si j’avais fait le bon choix mais j’ai pourquoi pas essayer ?? Dès mon arrivée avec ma femme et mes deux enfants j’ai constaté que ce n’est pas un simple hôtel c’est une grande famille tout le monde est sympathique et un accueil très professionnel un bagagiste bien habillé et qui maitrise son job . On nous a affecté une suite communicante avec une chambre pour mes enfants !!! Une suite au prix d’une chambre c’est un cadeau de la direction pour notre première fois dans ce bijou . je remercie chaleureusement tout le monde du portier au chef d’orchestre monsieur le directeur. Merci de tout mon cœur pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
