The hotel owner said that if the elderly have difficulty with their legs and feet, they can deliver their breakfast to their rooms. We thought we might as well forget it, and the family sat in the lobby and had breakfast together. Because the hotel does not have an elevator. It is not convenient for the elderly to go upstairs. A truly wonderful experience! The proprietor is a warm and friendly host. He built the hotel himself with exceptional attention to detail. You are greeted with mint tea and shown your room. As I have mobility issues and walk with a cane, I was provided with a room on the first floor (about 20 stair steps); as the dining room is on the fourth floor, I was allowed to eat breakfast in the lobby. Breakfast is wonderful - several types of bread, yogurt, tea and coffee and fried eggs. There is an ingenious luggage lift/elevator. The host has many recommendations for restaurants and local sites and even helped us negotiate with our non-English speaking driver for a stop on the way back to Marrakech. The room (Equality) was quite pleasant with a very big bed, tv, a/c. Very quiet hotel, with some restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommended.

Se venite in Marocco e visitate ouarzazate,dovete pernottare in questa struttura. Hotel molto confortevole a 15 minuti dal centro città. Possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette per muoversi. Il proprietario è una persona speciale , simpatica, accogliente , disponibile e attento ai bisogni dei clienti. Ottima cena e colazione. Camere pulite e accoglienti.
