The hotel is not far from the airport and T&T Supermarket, both are a few minutes' drive away. The room is OK and acceptable for staying for one or two days. The parking lot is large. It is a typical old-style motel. The front desk staff is Indian. I guess all of them are low-end hotels acquired by Indians. Overall it's OK, I'd give it a score of 3.5. The only unpleasant thing is that they collected a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars for only one night's stay, and it hasn't been refunded for three weeks.

This property is well maintained. I had a room with one bed. There was enough space for me to relax. If there had been another person with me there would still be enough room to relax. The bed was comfortable. The room was nicely decorated. In both the shower and sink the water warmed up quickly with good pressure. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The other guests were quiet.

I have stayed here once a month for the last year. Always a great stay. Friendly people, clean and convenient. Great value. Stores and restaurants are all located within 6km. It is a nice property and well cared for. Love the convenience of a motel.

I booked Rideau Heights Inn from out of town to attend a downtown Ottawa festival. I wanted a good place to stay at an affordable price. This place didn't disappoint. The room was very well prepared by the hard-working cleaning staff: clean and tidy with everything organized and provided as promised. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and secure. I went for a short casual walk on the grounds of the inn after a very long drive. The front desk staff and management were very polite and professional. I intended to eat elsewhere but the the basic breakfast offered here worked well to tide me over. I thank everyone at the hotel for a great stay.

Customer service was great, very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The motel was quiet no concerns. If back in the area we would book here again. Coffee was good. They had some snacks and drinks to buy if you wanted a snack and didnt want to leave the motel.

We stayed one night in Rideau Heights Inn, the room was big and clean. The bed is big with sofa bed, the room is perfect for 4 people. There is a nice breakfast included. The owner was very nice she helped us fined a bus to our destination and printed the directions for us.

We found the Inn to be clean and comfortable and the Staff pleasant. We took the opportunity to sit in the large muskoka chairs on the front lawn each night and enjoy the sunshine and the breeze. The Desk Clerk gave us suggestions for nearby restaurants and they were decent choices. Wi-fi was fine the first night we stayed but the inn wasn't at capacity. I agree that it faded in and out when the Inn was full. Would stay again, Thank You
