The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay special. They offered us tickets to the Jazz Festival that was playing and really made extra efforts to make our stay special. The staff was very able to communicate with us as English speakers and made us feel very comfortable. Thank you.

L’hotel non rispecchiava totalmente le foto pubblicate sul sito . Hotel sicuramente antico ma poco curato nei dettagli ( per esempio mobilio, bagno). Sicuramente non conforme agli standard di come si intende un hotel 5 stelle. Colazione poco fornita, mancanza di acqua gratuita in camera. Servizio trasporto bagagli dal parcheggio complicato e poco comodo.

From the warm welcome at reception until our checkout two days later our stay here was perfect - our room with a balcony and a terrace, the rooftop terrace with hot tub and bar, breakfast and the amazing staff especially Christiana and Guiseppe.

Excellent hôtel dans un palais qui a su garder du charme à l’ancienne. Accueil parfait et chaleureux avec de bonnes recommandations pour les visites et les restaurants. Petit plus, un français impeccable. Un magnifique toit terrasse avec une très belle vue mer.

Trois nuits dans cet établissement très bien situé en plein centre historique. Le personnel est charmant et le petit déjeuner sur le roof top est hyper agréable avec la vue mer ! Nous avions une chambre très confortable avec une bonne literie, nous recommandons cet hôtel.

We had an excellent stay at this charming hotel! The location is fabulous, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - so many different things were placed on the buffet, and the variety was different every day. Our room (23) had a small balcony facing the sea (and the busy street below), which was great for reading, people-watching, and just enjoying the view. The ladies at the front desk were full of good advice about parking and restaurants. The hotel is in the pedestrian-only old quarter, so parking is a bit of an adventure, but the trade-off is worth it to be adjacent to the cathedral and right in the middle of so much historic charm. (We parked at the free public lot by the port for three days with no problems - it was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.) Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Otranto!

Excellent staff, Christina & Alexandro were very attentive. Cleaning staff were amazing. Fabulous location. Breakfast was fresh. Just wished there was sun beds on the roof terrace. Thank you for a great stay.

This is an awesome hotel with even more awesome staff. Location is perfect in the historic center of Otranto. Staff, from my first telephone call asking where to park, to the friendly and kind staff on the rooftop lounge and breakfast area were fantastic. Special compliment to Peppe for recommending a place to watch the Champions League semi finals.
