Desert Surfside Waterfront Accommodations

A very nice place and staff to make it that much nicer You can tell they change mattresses often had a great time there Looking to book right now to return for another visit to Osoyoos it’s beautiful there anytime to visit Play some golf while there as well as visit wineries

We had a lovely stay here. The prices were so reasonable that I was not sure what it would be like and we would so pleased. The two bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen area was more than adequate and the lakeview and balcony with barbeque were lovely. The hotel was clean. The staff very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

My wife,fatherinlaw, and I were fortunate enough to meet Chantelle our receptionist and now hopefully new friend. This resort is truly blessed to have this remarkable lady to represent this establishment. She was so far over the top we have few words too describe this woman's professionalism in this industry. We spent 3 nights in 2BR Waterfront unit. Beautiful view, clean room, stocked kitchen. Staff friendly and helpful, if you need something just ask. Downside was having to ask for so many things that should have been provided, wasting a good portion of our first day. The shower head was improperly installed, fell off and hit me in the face, resulting in a nasty black and blue bruise on my face. Staff were quick to respond and replace the shower head to a safe, usable one. However, this took up over a half day of our 3 days dealing with the repair. The shower has no grab bars or bath mat. The sheets were so old, thin and pilled that we asked for new ones that we replaced ourselves. There was no offer of compensation for time wasted on room issues. The A/C is also and old, wall mount unit that is noisy and inefficient, thankfully there was a cool breeze at this time of year. Remote in bedroom didn't work and couldn't be fixed by resort caretaker. The best part of the resort is the beach, the location is fantastic.

We only stayed one night in a 1-bedroom junior suite.. It had a nice bedroom, a fridge, a stove and a microwave. The room was a bit dated and the floor was dirty (everything else seemed OK). There was a nice beach, although we did not go swimming.

Absolutely great stay! We come to Osoyoos at least once a year and the Desert Surfside has become our favourite spot. You can’t beat the location and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will for sure be back to enjoy a afternoon glass of wine on the patio at our next stay. Hands down the best value for your stay in Osoyoos. Check it out you won’t be disappointed!
