Great experience with 2 separate stays at this Hotel. The Best hotel of 7 stays in Sweden. Easy to make reservation. Available parking. Welcoming friendly helpful staff. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast and Dinners are a wonderful inclusion. Spacious first floor common areas. Location is a definite plus. Shopping and harbor are short walks. Well maintained facility.

Great hotel. Good service and very friendly staff. Nice room, great bathroom and other facilities. For dinner you can also go to this hotel. With the overnight stay there is namely a free daily menu. Nice concept. Great breakfast.

I do not know How to rate this hotel The rooms are.large and clean Staf is friendly Parking is cheap but not easy, you can only park in daytime for 2 hours then you need to pay again. Food is average, not real good, Bad wifi ever, realy need to do something about that. So I was Just about to give it 2 bullits because of the real poor wifi In the city there is absolutly nothing to do.

We visited the hotel at the end of March on a tour with 6 people. When we booked, we were guided by the really nice, if not even embellished photo on the internet. However, we were put up in a run-down building next door, probably accommodation for foreign workers. This accommodation did fit in with the ugliness of the entire urban environment, but for the price we paid in advance we would have expected something that was close to the photo shown. On our trip with 10 different hotels, this was the most expensive and at the same time the most disappointing hotel. Certainly never again.

Does not qualify for a 4 star hotel at all. We stayed in the side building. The room was very small, a lot of noise all night from outside ventilator, so had to keep windows closed, and no air conditioning, causing a warm room. The room was a bit dirty, especially the bedside tables. Breakfast was poor, and the place was understaffed. Overpriced hotel in poor condition.
