Hotels Near SUGI DRUG (Kigawa-higashi store) in Osaka

Really nice and friendly staff. The room was spacious and with the regular things such as: tooth brush and mini paste, tea and kettle that didn't work, (but it's ok), slippers and so. They gave me a folder with the regulation in English and in one section says to leave all your valuables in a safe at the reception. I did, but it wasn't necessary, as at the reception the staff they gave me puzzled looks, while I was following what was written. I tried to tell them, but the staff at the moment had a broken English and my Japanese was very basic. So I let it be and put it on the safe, since I was already there. But there is no need for it at all. The room is safe enough and if in doubt then put a Do Not Disturb sign at the door to avoid the house cleaners to go inside. I love the toilet that has the jet water button that you can press, after you finish your business and clean your butt. Supper cool!! There is a small fridge as well. The part that I didn't like is that the Onsen is just for Males. As a Female, that was really annoying and insulting because I really wanted to go. They gave me a small ”token”, face wash as an apology for the inconvenience. But overall is a nice hotel. The staff is super friendly.

I use the bed frequently because it fits my body. My lower back hurts better, so it helps me when I wake up in the morning. It's not too far from Minamikata Station and Nishinakajima-Minamikata Station, and there are convenience stores, supermarkets, family restaurants, and Sushiro. Recommended for business travelers.

I stayed with a friend when I traveled to Osaka. It is a simple but itchy hotel. Above all, you should definitely eat breakfast. I am very satisfied with that quality １６００ yen. I liked the feeling that they were carefully made one by one. The large communal bath was also wide 々 and it was comfortable, and the dressing room was large and easy to use. The room was simple, but I was able to spend enough. The basket to put what I brought to the large communal bath prepared in the room was convenient, and above all, it was good to fit in the locker in the dressing room. The security was solid, and the casual place of the staff was comfortable. Above all, the most surprising thing was the soba noodles for a midnight snack. The outlet was really delicious. I stayed at various hotels near Shin Osaka, but I think I will stay here next time.

Hotel is quite a distance walk from shin osaka station. However they have shuttle services which is very convenient. 24hr supermarket and other convenience store are nearby. Love the hotel! Will be back!

It is a place where love hotels gather. Later, love hotels were changed to hotels, so they are only for adults. However, the facilities are clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be added for an extra fee. It is located above Umeda, 3-4 minutes away from Jusan Station. There are direct trains to Kyoto and Kobe, which is very convenient. If you go to Osaka, it seems to be no problem because you can go to Umeda Station and then move to your desired tourist destination.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Location is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Amendities are sufficient and the environment is clean. There are vending machines and a washing machine on the lower floors. Its a nice place to stay for solo travellers and is relatively near to dotonburi area. There are also multiple convenience stores in the area.

The location is good. Staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean, and with amenities that you can be hassle free. They have a comnon area equipped with microwave and provide free flow of drinks, such as coffee, tea & soft drinks... etc., which is excellent! They serve ramen at reasonable price up to 21:00, love it!

The entire experience is petrified. I have never ever had so horrible experience in my entire life due to the foreign staff who is not Asian nor Japanese. The foreign staff is a guy with the cap on. As a tourist I forget to take off my shoes when I came to the hostel that made sense. Also it was the only and first time I made the mistake. He then shouted at me and pissed off by saying please Obey OUR Rule whilst other Japanese staff just said Oh she forgets only instead of shouting and being so rude. The Japanese understand I did not do it on purpose or have any intention of breaking their rule. The foreign staff looks so bossy as this is his hostel and he is the boss. He speaks fluent Japanese. I seriously don't understand why the hostel hire this rude person. Come on I know you want to make it international. He might brought his very rude culture from the middle east. The white people or Asian will not behave like this. I am not asking for a five star hotel service but at the very least treat your guest with respect. Obey is a strong word and I know he is not an English speaker but he is unbelievably rude. In the hospitality industry even though it is a hostel it needs service basic service and at the very least being polite. As if I owed him a lot come on I am a guest. Another staff like the Japanese girl and the owner Japanese guy are nice especially the girl called naka and she was very sweet to ask where would I go and giving suggestion. Apart from that the TV is amazing coz you turn up loud it's the same as silence Like other review said it is very noisy especially on Friday night. Staring from 4:30 in the morning someone was brushing teeth and locked and opened their door. It happened on every hour. I did not get a good night of sleep. I cannot wait to get out of this hell as I worried to make other mistake or forget something like take off the shoes and get shouted by the big boss from middle East. I will not come due to this guy. Taking to the local mere y who sold the skewer about the Japan is getting international. The old say is Japanese refused the immigration. There are not much white people only up to 2. But tons of the Middle East people who worked in restaurant hostel supermarkets or clothes shop. They are rude like the male Middle East staff in the hostel. The local said he welcome tourists not immigrant Japanese culture emphasis on politeness and repect. This rude staff ruined my trip and my good impression about Japan. Ask me to obey okay I will not be back to your hostel. And even in China have much better service then you. I will not come to Japan and spendinf money for such disgraceful treatment . Thank you Middle East staff you just ruined my trip in Japan. This is utterly unpleasant.

Location is perfect, just next to the airport. Best choice for arriving late or super early flight the next day. Hotel bit old but overall condition is if you only look for a comfy bed to have some sleep.
