This was our first of three accommodations on our trip to Japan, and it turned out to be the coolest: the newest, most spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed, necessary furniture and equipment. Shower with clothes dryer and separate toilet! Great location, we were happy: we chose it so that it was close to the train from the airport. Nearby are all kinds of subways, Dotonbori Street and the zoo. We would come back again, and we recommend these apartments to everyone.

The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The clothes are not exposed to the sun and will be damp. It will smell. The Wi-Fi is very good. It is very strong. There is no lag. You can watch TV and YouTube all day. I stayed here for 3 nights. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

A very unbelievable self-service hotel 1. I arrived in Osaka from Nara before 11 o'clock in the morning, but I was told that the password of the self-service hotel would not be sent to my email until after 12 o'clock 2. The hotel suggested that I could store my luggage in the coin locker on the first floor, but I couldn't enter the lobby without the password 3. When a guest came out, I went in and found that a large locker required 8 100-yuan coins, eight! Not 100-yuan coins! Who would keep so many on hand! 4. I quickly went to the vending machine to buy two bottles of water and exchanged them for 8 coins. As a result, I found that one locker could not fit two suitcases, so I threw the other luggage next to the luggage locker in a rage.

Spacious apartment in a clean and safe neighborhood. Direct train to and from kansei airport makes it a strong plus. Lack of front desk support deducted a star but overall communication with staff on site plus WeChat are satisfactory. Be ware of mosquitos around. Would be good if repellent are provided inside the room.

Location is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Amendities are sufficient and the environment is clean. There are vending machines and a washing machine on the lower floors. Its a nice place to stay for solo travellers and is relatively near to dotonburi area. There are also multiple convenience stores in the area.

It’s a nice hotel. Conveniently located opposite Temmabashi Station on the Keihan and Tanimachi lines. The soundproofing is good, and the rooms are well-equipped. The receptionist actively assists with check-in.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.
