食事やホテルのハード面は問題なく良かっですぐ。
ただ、スタッフの対応はイマイチ。
①駐車場についての説明不足。
宿泊者は、24時間3000円で停められる方の説明不足。 ②荷物を預けているのに、ロッカーですと言い切ってこちらの話を聞かないで調べもしない。
残念でした。
