Stayed for 2 nights at the end of October; booked 2 rooms at the time, but only received one set of passwords. After contacting the hotel, another room password was added. The hotel said it was an oversight. They issued compensation as compensation; but we were waiting at the door. , it’s really uncomfortable😞. In addition, the toilet in one of the rooms stinks! At first I thought it was because the ventilation was not turned on, but after turning on the ventilation for a day, the smell was still high... I contacted the hotel... A service staff came and took a bottle of air purifier and sprayed it... It was said that it was caused by rain... I really can't accept it because the other room doesn't have this problem...because I have to check out the next day, so I have to endure it... Otherwise, the transportation of this hotel is very convenient and ok. Thanks

The location is convenient, 3 minutes to the subway. It is clean and simple. The commercial floor has a good view. There are convenience stores and a few restaurants nearby. The surrounding environment is a residential area and is relatively quiet. There is only noise from cars, which may be related to Halloween, so there are many Motorcycle fleet, but acceptable. I will stay again next time. I like it.

The hotel is strategically located between Daikokucho Station and Shin-Imamiya Station. It is within 5 minutes' walk of both stations, making it easy to go anywhere. It is also one station away from the popular tourist areas Tsutenkaku and Namba, and to Shinsai. The bridge also has two stations, and it is also convenient to take the Nankai Tram, Airport Line, Circle Line, etc. The hotel belongs to a residential area, with good security and a very quiet environment, without the noise of tourist areas. The room is quite large for Japan, with facilities such as a kitchen and a refrigerator. The only drawback is that the bowls in the kitchen are a bit small, making it difficult to hold a large amount of food. Overall, I am very satisfied and have a great experience. 

Except for the noisy motorcycles blasting down the street at night, everything else is pretty good.

The room is relatively large in Japan, and the facilities are complete. The location is convenient, close to the subway and Nankai Express. There are also a variety of supplies nearby. I recommend the Tamade Supermarket, which is cheap and has a large quantity. I stayed there for six days and five nights and went there almost every day. There is also the charcoal grilled beef restaurant in the alley across the intersection. The quality of the Wagyu beef is very good, and the price is much more affordable than the commercial streets such as Shinsaibashi Dokuton.
