Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The single room was a bit small but still cosy enough. The hotel itself is also very well-located, just ten minutes away from Umeda. In short, a great option in terms of quality-price!

The rooms are very clean and I have used them several times. I only use the hotel for business purposes, so it's not a problem, but the bathtub feels a bit small.
