The hotel room was really bad, and the cleaning was not complete. I didn't remove the bath salt packages. The air-conditioning dust screen in the room had 1 foot of dust on it. It hadn't been cleaned for an unknown amount of time! Putting my pajamas and pajamas on top of the suitcase, you know how dirty the suitcase is!

非常滿意這次預訂，房間不小，超級乾淨，晚上睡覺很安靜，床品也很舒適，前台工作人員英文都不錯，服務態度很專業。
北濱屬於比較高端商務區，寫字樓很多，建築都蠻有設計感，如果不喜歡太熱鬧的景區，這裏非常適合。

近20年前來日本出差的時候就住過橫濱的一家roynet，這次來大阪酒店挑花眼了，看到roynet，20年前的語言閃現了，立即決定入住。
接待大叔英語不錯，服務很到位，解釋的很清楚，給了安靜的房間1018，非常感謝。
好像房間和20年前差不多，設施相比之前升級了非常多。 房間很乾凈。
地理位置離地鐵非常近，沒有心齋橋的喧鬧。
早餐是日式和西式自助，非常豐盛。

This trip to Osaka was planned for 6 days and 5 nights. I booked Osaka Kitahama Yamato Roynet Hotel on Trip. The location is very advantageous. After leaving Osaka Kansai Airport, take Nankai Electric Railway (Rapi:t) to Tenka Tea House and transfer to Osaka Subway Sakai. Take the Suji Line (K20) to Beibin (K14) and go to Exit 6. Take the elevator to the upper floor, turn left and walk for less than a minute. Go to the check-in hall on the 3F to check in. The hotel staff are very friendly and can communicate with each other. There was no problem at all. This time we stayed in a six-person room. The bathroom facilities were great and there was a bathtub where you could take a bath. The room was very large and very comfortable to stay in. We booked the room every day. The housekeeping staff came to help clean the room and made it very clean. The overall experience was great. If I go back to Osaka to stay at Kitahama Daiwa Roynet Hotel, it will be my first choice. Looking forward to seeing you next time.
