The room is very small. I can't even turn around when taking a shower. The rooms on the second floor near the road are noisy. Although there is a soundproof wall outside the window, it blocks the window. The room is very small, it feels less than 13 square meters. This was my first time staying with a young child.
We stayed for multiple nights, but just having the towels changed was very helpful.
I was also very happy to have the drink bar and coffee machine at the front desk, which I used to take a break.

I stayed here once last winter. It was nice that Namba Station or Nipponbashi Station were within a 10-minute walk. There was also a convenience store right below, so it was convenient. And the older sister who works at the front desk is tall and pretty and taught herself Korean. I was surprised at how good she was.

Hotel location is good, the front desk is located on 2nd level which is a bit inconvenient especially when checkin and check out times. Only 1 lift serve the whole hotel guests. Lift can be slow at times too. Hotel staff not so friendly example when guest walk past front, the front desk staff didn’t look up or greet which was surprise as Japanese is known for well manners globally.
