Excellent hotel on the quiet side of Dontonbori. Rooms are decently sized for japan and comes with Dyson hair dryer, slippers, and toiletries.
Coin laundry available for 400 yen per wash and 100yen/30 min for dryer. Free drink bar with lots of non alcoholic options, also has a luggage weight station and massage chairs.
Front desk spoke English and was really helpful.

Location was great. The hotel staffs were very helpful. There were free drinks and hot beverages at the lobby.
The deco was modern and all areas look clean. Best fo all, they provider complimentary shuttle ride to the railway station when checking out.
Will pick this hotel again if I come in the near future.
