We got everything in the hotel, and appreciated a lot the self service beverage area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Japanese and International food. And the location is perfect for all downtown areas in Osaka yet it is quiet enough to relax. If we had to comment on one thing, perhaps the self service laundry area can offer multilingual explanation so people can understand how to handle the washed/dried items from other hotel guests, otherwise it would be a super 5 stars

도톤보리 근처에 사람들도 북적이는 장소에 위치한 호텔이라, 여자 혼자 여행하면서 묵기에도 너무 괜찮은 숙소였습니다!
청결도 괜찮았고 어메니티도 필요한걸로 구비되어있네요👍🏻
아쉬운점이 있다면 윗층으로 요청드렸는데 못받았고
환풍구(fan)이 계속 켜져 있어서 멍~ 했던점이 불편하였습니다ㅠㅠ

The room was a twin room, which was relatively spacious. The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the subway station and Shinsaibashi, but not far away, so it was very convenient. The breakfast was good, the ramen was delicious, and there were also fried noodles and fried dumplings.
