러기지를 프런트에 일찍 맡기면 바로 얼리 체크인을 해 주시고, 체크인 시간 이후에는 러기지를 바로 객실로 이동해 주는 서비스가 너무나 마음에 들었습니다. 생수는 유료 구입이었지만, 실제 편의점에서 사 온 음료들이 많아서 그렇게 필요한 서비스는 아니었습니다. 무료 어메니티 중 샤워 타월은 사이즈가 매우 좋았습니다. 초등학생 이상의 자녀를 둔 4인 가족에게는 2층 침대는 최고의 객실이었습니다.

I stayed on line 3, but there was something like a gas tank in another building right below that line. When I arrived at the accommodation at night and opened the window, there was a strong smell of gas, so I called the front desk, but they came to the room and checked and said that there was a gas smell, but it wasn't coming from the hotel building, so they had no choice but to close the window. I couldn't open the window for 3 nights and 4 days and spent in a stuffy room. The room was also cleaned once on the 3rd day. If you're staying here, if you're assigned to line 3, ask to be moved to a different room if possible. The room itself was clean and the location was good, and it was close to Namba Station. I stayed on the 3rd line(*03 room), and that the entire side of the building had something like a gas tank from another building right below. When I arrived at night and opened the window, there was an overwhelming smell of gas. I called the front desk, but they came to the room, acknowledged the gas smell, and said there was nothing they could do since it wasn't coming from the hotel building. They told me to keep the window closed. I had to stay in a stuffy room without opening the window for the entire 4-day stay. They only cleaned the room on the third day. If you’re planning to stay here, I recommend asking for a different room if you’re assigned to the 3rd line.
