The hotel location is good, near the station, from where you can go to Kyoto, Nara and Tokyo. It was easy to get there by metro from the airport. Very nice staff, good breakfasts. The rooms are clean, only they are of course small, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Japan:)

The room is bigger than the comfrot in Tokyo and Nagoya, more comfortable, and very close to Shin-Osaka Station! I recommend you to book this one when you go to Osaka

Best hospitality, friendly and warm welcome when we arrived. Great location just 5 min walk away from Shin-Osaka. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing was we put ‘Do not disturb’ sign but they hang a bag of new towels, floor mat, hand towel and dustbin bag outside our room. I never seen any of the hotel does thing, definitely the best hospitality I ever experience. Highly recommend!
