It is relatively far from Umeda. I have the impression that Toyoko Inns are of consistent quality everywhere. The facility was a little old. Breakfast was included and it was cheap.

I booked a twin room, but it was a compact room. It was a pity that there weren't many places where I could use the outlets, but other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and there was a shuttle bus from JR Osaka Station to the hotel, so I think the biggest advantage was that it was easy to get around.

The customer service of the hotel was satisfactory and friendly. The room was average but smelled of cigarette smoke and seemed to lack an air purifier. The upper floors are quiet. The buffet in the morning was satisfactory. There is a shuttle bus to the Sakuraguchi of Umeda Station every day. It was quite satisfactory. It would be better if it could be changed to 3pm or 11am.
