Отель расположен близко к метро, пешком удобно дойти до замка Осаки, рядом магазины и кафе.
Номера маленькие, но все есть, отличная косметика и пижамы, уборка каждый день.
Минус завтраки - не понравилось и сам завтрак и обслуживание в кафе за завтраком, впервые в Японии встретили не приветливых людей - мужчина и женщина на обслуживании за завтраком фыркали на нас и явно были не довольны что люди приходят кушать (были 4 дня в отеле и все дни одинаково).

Great hotel, convenient location, friendly staff. The room is a bit cramped, but it's fine for a short stay. The breakfast is delicious, there are both Japanese and more European dishes.
The hotel has a laundry, but it's hard to do the laundry - there are four washing machines for the whole hotel, you had to stand in line right there. Perhaps it would be more convenient to do the laundry in a laundry outside the hotel.

駅からも近く、近くにコンビニもあるので出張に最適です。チェックインやチェックアウトも自分で行えるので、とても早く対応できます。お部屋もとても清潔でグレードアップしてもらえてすごく嬉しかったです。

挺滿意的，隔音不錯睡的很好，設施齊全有小冰箱。但是網不好，總是掉線。一樓有免費的乳液，洗面奶之類的，居然還有面膜～ 服務人員很禮貌。
