Otherwise a nice hotel, but you would except some reception service in a mid-class hotel like this? You had to do the check-in with a machine, though it did not work properly, then finally somebody from the reception came to get it forward (with some false information fed in.) Also they only gave us 1 key card, although we needed 2, and had to insist to get one. They could not call us a taxi when leaving, they said they are not allowed to. (All other hotels in Japan we stayed, had no problem with these normal type of front-desk services.) They said in the hotel room in the info channel there is somewhere a phone number to a taxi company, but they did not know if they speak any English, probably not... (luckily I could order uber from my phone at the end..) Cleaning could have been better for the room, and the cleaner did not leave water one day (as they always did). Otherwise a hotel value-for-money. Good location with a subway connection. They also have a hot spa downstairs free for guests. But the pool was not open yet in June.
