First of all, the location is great. It's right in front of Dotonbori and in the center, so it's convenient. You can also leave your luggage in advance! I made a reservation when there were no reviews, but contrary to my worries, the staff were very friendly and the facilities were good. They explained things very well and responded quickly to inquiries! Next time I go to Osaka, I'll definitely make a reservation again. The price is reasonable and it's a place I want to keep to myself. Thanks to them, I had a fun and comfortable trip:)
