Location is great because it takes around 20min walking to Tennoji station that has connection to most places. On the way you will find this unusual bar entrance.
The room is tiny but even so we somehow found place for 3 suitcases.

The condition is very clean, the room is small but very comfortable. The location is not far from the subway station. There is a large supermarket nearby which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Decent value for the price! Fast wifi, hot shower water, air conditioning, the mini fridge was pretty spacious and room had plenty of plug sockets. Plenty of self-service towels etc. available in the reception. Short walk to convenience stores and two different metro lines. Do note it's self-service so there's no physical staff member present at reception after a certain point in the evening (we didn't have any issues but I could see quickly contacting staff being difficult if there was an emergency). The standard sized room itself is on the smaller side for 2 people with suitcases- my friend and I are not large people and we still found that moving around the room at the same time was a bit difficult. Overall if you're looking for a cheap and well-maintained place to rest your head at night while travelling around Osaka and the surrounding areas, this is a good choice for your wallet.

The Fuminosato subway station is nearby, so it's convenient to get to Umeda. I wasn't used to checking in, so it was a bit of a hassle, but the room was clean and the hotel was comfortable. The area around the hotel has a downtown atmosphere, so we enjoyed walking around the town.
